Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Only Items purchased from Topstar that are within their designated DOA or Warranty Period.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned within 7 days of receiving an official RA (Return Authorization) number from our RA Department.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Faulty items need to be returned to Topstar Office or direct to the vendor.

HOW do customers return items?
Once an RA number has been obtained, goods may be returned. The RA Number must be clearly placed on the outside of the box and attention to the "Warranty Department"

SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping back to Topstar must be organised and paid for by the customer, NO EXCEPTIONS. Return shipping will be paid for by Topstar.

CREDIT for returns?
Items returned for credit for whatever reason will be credited to your account for use during future purchases. A credit note will be emailed to you once the credit has been processed by our supplier.

Packing materials?
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
