CUSTOMER INFORMATION

  • Log onto our webpage for our price list www.topstar.com.au, prices are updated daily or as required. 
  • To access the dealer section please completes all details on our Dealer Application Form. 
  • Upon having your application approved, you will be emailed your login details.
  • Where possible place your order on-line, along with your order number and delivery details.

PAYMENT

  • All purchases are COD or on an approved account with Topstar Computer International 
  • Fax/email confirmation of payment if paying by Direct Deposit, T T or Internet Banking.         
  • Payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX, surcharges apply       
  • VISA and MasterCard attract a 2% surcharge, AMEX attract a 3% surcharge. 
  • No goods will be dispatched until required payments are made and proceeds of cheques cleared and/or otherwise agreed.

TITLE of GOODS

  • The goods are to remain in title and property of Topstar Computer International.  Ownership of products will only be transferred to the customer when all monies owed have been paid in full to Topstar Computer International.

PRICE

  • All prices quoted in our price list are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice. 
  • Pricing to be confirmed at time of goods invoiced 
  • Pricing is offered to authorized Topstar Computer International  resellers ONLY

DELIVERY

  • Every effort will be made to dispatch orders as soon as possible.
  • Deliveries are subject to stock availability and local courier cut off times.  
  • All quoted freight charges may vary by way of the cubic weight and final destination.  
  • All deliveries are organized on behalf of the customer. 
  • It is the customer's responsibility to arrange insurance for the goods in transit sent by customer courier or Freight Forwarder 
  • Any disputes arising from goods dispatched & invoiced should be raised within 5 (five) working days from the original invoice date.

PRODUCT RETURNS

  • Topstar Computer International warrants products on a 12 month Return to Base warranty, unless stated otherwise.  
  • Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Topstar Computer International. 
  • Computer systems build by Topstar Computer International are covered by two (2) years return to base warranty. 
  • Three (3) months warranty applies on all goods purchased as ex-demo unless otherwise specified.  
  • All goods returned must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. The RA number must be clearly written and visible on the packaging, along with a copy of original invoice supplied.  
  • No goods will be accepted for return without a clearly visible and authorized RA number. Any omissions or incomplete information on RA application form may result in delays.
  • An RA number is an authorization to return goods to Topstar Computer International and does not guarantee either credit or replacement. Some products are required to quote a manufacturers case number, before an RA number can be issued.
  • All goods sent for repair/replacement will be returned within seven (7) days to the customer from receipt of the RA number and are subject to stock availability from Topstar Computer International & their suppliers.
     
  • Return of RA goods to Topstar Computer International is the responsibility of the customer. Return freight of goods paid by Topstar Computer International.
  • Goods should be properly packaged for return. Goods damaged in transit will not be accepted. Only the item in question needs to be returned for service (repair or replacement), as no responsibility will be taken for items such as cables, manuals, CDs or original packaging.
  • All claims for credit should be lodged within 5 (five) working days from the date of Topstar Computer International sales invoice.  
  • Goods for credit should be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the RA number and should be in re-saleable condition. Products returned for credit may incur a 15% up to 20% restocking fee at the discretion of Topstar Computer International.
  • Goods returned for credit will only be accepted in their unmarked & original packaging and in complete "as new" condition. Topstar Computer International will void warranty of any product that has been mishandled, modified or interfered with by unauthorized personnel. The removal of any factory seals, serial numbers or warranty stickers will void the warranty. Warranty is void on physically damaged items.
  • Warranty does not cover damage to other equipment used in conjunction with these goods.
  • All diligent care is taken in servicing all goods, however Topstar Computer International has no liability whatsoever for any form of damage or loss of the aforementioned goods. Topstar Computer International will not be responsible for any loss of data. It is the responsibility of the customer to backup data which he/she believes to be important, valuable, or irreplaceable before bringing in any goods for servicing.
  • Any goods returned for repair found not faulty, goods with physical damage or damage caused by improper use will not be covered by warranty and the customer will be liable for a handling and service fee.
  • All relevant paperwork will need to be shown when collecting goods.
